Questions & Answers

1. What is the Natural Air System (NAS) -- What does it do?

NAS is a breakthrough new product for the critical new problem of harmful inside air. It works with your conventional central air conditioning unit -- that can only recirculate the same trapped-in inside air around and around -- to automatically provide comfortable fresh air changes and "free air conditioning" inside the home or business... for improved health and vitality, energy and money savings, increased comfort, better security (no open windows), and cleaner living spaces with less time effort, and expense. It's maximum AC at minimum cost!

2. But what will a NAS do for me... since my inside air seems ok?

This is a fairly typical reaction, which highlights why the indoor air quality "alarm" is being sounded so urgently. Most people are just unaware of the inside air problem generally and also assume "their air" is OK specifically. Inside air is by definition trapped-in air, all of which collects and concentrates contaminants -- but you don't detect them... and there are so many air-borne toxic substances ranging from gases to particles, organics to inorganics, that it is practically impossible to "clean the air". You can't "filter" your way out of this problem... or just do things like cleaning ducts. You have to replace trapped inside air with nature's own reprocessed "real air" -- with fresh air -- on a regular basis.

3. What if the outside air gets dusty, smoky, or has pollen in it?

The NAS has a microprocessor "computer brain" and special sensors that monitor your air inside and outside. Contaminants such as smoke are detected if present and shut out, while special air-intake filters screen out dust, dirt, and pollen... providing fresh air that is even cleaner and better than that great outdoor "breath of fresh air" we enjoy so much.

4. How much is the NAS -- Is it a good improvement investment?

How much is good health worth? What good are all other "good health" steps... if you are breathing air much of the time that is harmful to you. That trapped-in inside air is harmful to health, is now an undisputed fact: The only question is how much, how fast, and in what ways the health damage is occurring and showing itself via observable symptoms. Natural Air Systems range from $990 for a basic system to $1890 plus installation for a Total Air Control computerized system that not only performs your personal "air" preferences completely automatically... but that also performs such tasks as employing outside air for "Free AC" money-savings. The question to consider is what other improvement investment returns such a range of benefits and payoffs... over such a long time? The NAS will easily outlast a couple of conventional central air conditioners and can actually pay for itself with energy savings and increases in sales value. Other "clean air" type alternatives, like HEPA filters, usually cost around $2,000 and up and can only screen out some of the harmful substances in inside air, while increasing maintenance and operating costs.

5. Will a NAS deliver my personal air comfort preferences?

Absolutely. Each computerized NAS is programmed to you personal preferences to deliver inside air comfort exactly as you want it... and these "air management" specifications can be easily changed if desired, even remotely via an optional phone line connection which can also monitor overall system performance including your AC.

6. Is there anything else like the Natural Air System?

The NAS patented technology is the only packaged production unit for homes and businesses that performs automatic 100% fresh air changes (with any central air conditioner) and the use of favorable outside air for "natural air conditioning" to save money. Some companies may claim that they can custom make something that does similar things, like mixing in some outside air... but you end up with only a partial solution that no one else can fix or that works with other makes or types of AC units.

7. How reliable is the NAS -- What's the guarantee?

One full year on all parts and labor and an unconditional guarantee of performance. The NAS uses proven industrial grade components, such as the microprocessor control that can deliver work schedules for 20 years or more... and is reliably simple and dependable with only two mechanically moving parts.

8. What if the NAS breaks down -- who takes care of it?

Only proven and reputable licensed air conditioning contractors are accepted as NAS dealers, and you are always backed by the parent company, Natural Air Systems Inc.

9. How does NAS effect my central air heating and cooling unit?

NAS works with your central air conditioner unit only when activated to fulfill your inside air preferences. At other times - of if shut off for any reason - your regular AC unit continues to perform just as if the NAS was not even there.

10. How hard is a Natural Air System to operate?

You don't have to do a thing -- the NAS is completely automatic, performing just as you what it to, providing the complete indoor environment you desire. However, you can also easily perform additional air changes for example, at any time, for as long as you wish... with the touch of a button.
